Unhappy Spyware Attack

Yestoday i moved my desktop around, in order to do this i had to shut my computer off which i havent done in about 5 days. Once everything was moved and reset up i booted up my computer to find out it took waay longer to start. Also all my games run alot slower and my desktop crashes frequently,

I thought it may be a virus/spyware so i ran fully updated versions of ad-aware/avast/spydoctor/ all of which gave no problems.

Then i hear my speakers say" Hi i'm Terri from bingo.co.uk" and soon a popup of bingo.co.uk comes up on my screen.

How can i fix this if none of the anti-virus/spyware programs worked.

Thx in advance

You could phone them on 08459 40 40 90 and wind them up, see how they like it.

Does the pop-up appear when you start your web browser or as soon as Windows starts?

Try Microsoft AnitSpyware, its meant to be pretty good. Try using a differnet Web browser and see if the problem persists.

If spyware programs don't fix it, you'll need to remove them manually from the registry.

Make sure you turn system restore off aswell.

One of the best Antivirus programs that ive found is XOFTSPY, Picks up what most others cannot find and will also repair any registry viruses.

Tried Other SPyware removers, only cookie files were detected.

spysweeper is a good one, it will scan for rootkits and remove them and gets alot most others like Ad-aware and Ewido dont find.
