| If you look at the langauge he uses with regards to cd's, calling them 'an unprotected legacy product' it's clear to see that jobs' arguement that downloaded music should carry the same flexability is flawed. The labels don't have any interest in bringing downloads in line with cd's because ultimately they want rid of this unprotected format.
