Apache Raw access logs, get and post

Who knows about access logs?

Yes.

Someone attempted to send information to the resource identified above as /administrator/index.php

The actual information sent back would have been included in the body of the POST message, which isn't in the log (the log contains only the headers).

POST is typically used by forms when submitting data back to the server, but may also be used to upload files using HTTP.
