JUNE 14, 2007 | The FBI and the Department of Justice yesterday said they have launched a new initiative designed to disrupt and dismantle botnets.
Operation Bot Roast already has identified about 1 million botnet-infected computers across the country, resulting in several arrests of bot herders

"Bot herders." And one was caught in Seattle, oh the shame of it. Is it easy, or possible, to see if your computer is infected with one of these bots?

I firewall will find it right away. It will ask permission to connect for everything. At least the one from NV and CA that I have used did.
