| I think some legal mind is going to really clean them out one day soon for this kind of action...it amounts to a criminal conspiracy to use the law to do their bidding... imho...they are basically lying to the courts as to their intentions, thereby trying to use the courts for private gains... in most places there is always one or two things you can rely upon really pissing a judge off...I'm pretty sure "using" the courts is always one of them...
