Thumbs up

This is good stuff! Read my post on this so you can patchup your programs & software!
This is a FREE program btw & recommended by "Windows Secrets".
I'm very good about keeping my software up to date, but this program found 6 insecure applications & plugins on my system!
I'm all patched up now though & good to go!

MUff!n gave me that link and I ran it a couple of days ago. The only thing it brought up was my version of Winrar was out of date.
I use Driver Max. It's free. I have no way of knowing which is better but it seems it did pretty good.
Here is the link:
DriverMax - FREE driver download program for Windows XP & Vista

MUff!n,
I just ran Driver Max. I had about 10 updates. All were drivers-thats all I thinh it does- and most were system drivers. You might want it give it a try.
I have had a problem with the Nvidia network drivers for my board but everything else has been smooth.
This is the 3rd time I've run it and I stear clear of those network drivers! Trying to repair your network when you are no longer online is a b*&%ch!

I tested some network drivers when I first got this system & settled on a good 2007 version that my connection likes.
Just because a driver is newer doesn't mean it's better for your system!
Same thing with my Bios...that's a 2007 version too.
