How to remove conduit from FireFox browser

Found this irritating crap had installed itself in my browser - conduit search.

It had hijacked my preferred search, Google, when searching via the address bar.

To remove it:

Type about:config in to browser address bar, press return.

Type conduit in the filter box.

Right-click on the items listed, and choose reset from the menu.
Desktop PC: AMD FX-8370E / Asus M5A99X Evo R2.0 Motherboard / 16GB DDR3 RAM / GeForce GTX 970
