I always just go to the advanced message editor (select the 'Go Advanced' button instead of the 'Post Quick Reply' button). Now, after you enter your message, if you scroll down the screen, you can see a button labeled 'Manage Attachements' which will bring up another window that you can upload images in. The images will then show as thumbnail attachments to your message. You can only have 5 attachments/message, though.

Yay! but after looking at it the picture isnt shown just a link for it. Is there any way i can make it visible non-link syle??

Some image formats will be automatically thumbnailed when posted, others won't. A .jpg will show as a thumbnail for example.
