Stopped by the side of the road

and took this composite. There's four images in total.

Also took this one, although I was a bit further away from the side of the road! The image isn't amazingly sharp primarily due to the lack of anything to steady the camera with, and a slightly longer shutter speed.

A rather more conventional view here.

Not exactly what I'd call Wales, try the Yorkshire Dales instead. We went on a little bit of a roundabout tour starting near Harrogate and heading to places like Ripon, Masham, Middleham, Leyburn, then through Wensley before heading back again.

Rondog, I don't see any problem with you using that shot.

that's a nice panoramic, what software are you using for stitching?

And what lens were you using for the moon shot? Crop?

For the stitching, I used Panorama Factory - you can download a trial version from their website. The moon shot is heavily cropped, and was taken with a 200mm lens.

Panorama is pretty good, which you would expect if you have to pay for it.

Have you tried Canon's own stitching program, it's not too bad and I think it comes budled with the 350. Autostitch is another which is very good, and it's free
