| And now for something completely different Right, you arty types - yes, those of you that don't run away screaming when faced with Photoshop. OI! Don't try to slink away, I'm watching, y'hear? This is the situation: I'm guilty of false advertising. My avatar says "Linux Powered", yet the only Linux I use now is on the house music and movies server (and doing tele-support for American forum members  ). That's right, desktop Linux is too time-consuming and too unreliable for me to use it now that I have a proper job and all that. My laptop doesn't have it, my desktop uses WinXP by default (though Gentoo's still there... somewhere) and the house server uses... Linux.Also, most of the hardware in my sig is dead or cannibalised to feed the living. So I want you to make me a Kaitain theme - AOA avatar, graphical sig, if you're feeling keen throw in some desktop wallpaper (2560x1024). The only rule in this is - no photos of me, at all, whatsoever. I don't even have a mirror at home - makes shaving a bloody hell, but beats permanent retinal damage. The prize: the theme selected will win its creator a patent Warm Fuzzy Feeling® and maybe the memory from the newly deceased system 1 (768MB cheap rubbish) if I can be bothered and you need it.

 Yeah I just used DOD as a tool...
__________________ I've heard that linux community came up with better implemented security in it's latest Linux Mint Gold version, it's actually preventing the user to log in, thus posing 0 risk in contamining the computer with malware! Well done to the open source community!  |
