Is 20 frames bad? I don't do video shooting...

It's an odd speed. 25 FPS allows for PAL use, 30 FPS allows for NTSC use. 20 FPS doesn't fit anything. It's fine if you'll only ever view it on a PC though.

my canon does 640x480 @ 30fps or 1024x768 @15 fps, it uses motion jpeg though could of done with being somthing abit more advanced.

Still its a very sweet camera (Ixus 900ti), from what i've read about anti shake, its a waste of space unless its an optical system and even then they're not great. 5x optical zoom would be nice tho
