| Nikon D80
I just bought a Nikon D80, after about a week of research. Buying the right camera is a long and drawn out process. More so than buying computer gear, in my experience. Anyways, I'm pretty confident I've made a good purchase for my needs. Even still, I would like some fellow owners opinions on this camera, and some shots you've taken with the D80. Also which lens you used. For now I'm only going to have the kit lens. 18-55mm ED II AF-S DX zoom. I will get a better lens when I can afford it. Feel free to recommend a decent lens too. This will be replacing my recently purchased Canon Powershot S5 IS. Which I wasn't to pleased with. Its a nice camera, but still just a P&S. Thanks for ideas,tips, and opinions in advance.
