Twitter sells your photos for cash - pays you nothing

Their terms of service:
Twitter / Twitter Terms of Service

Twitter now allows you to upload a photo, which they can then sell to newspapers, anyone at all, and pay you nothing at all.

If you look at it, Twitter's license isn't really any different from AOA's license. If you post something on AOA, you give us the right to use it in any fashion we see fit.

Hmm.........guess we need to give some thought to amending that. Might be a bit over-broad.

I don't think we have anything about sub-licencing in our terms, do we?

In any case, the fact is Facebook, Twitter, etc. do sell people's photos, to national newspapers. The licence fees can be 1000s.
