4G4A+ rev 1.0 uses 845g rev A chipset? Read over at Anandtech regarding Intel's new 845PE,845GE,845GL article. In his review he says I quote: "All 533MHz FSB chipsets made by Intel officially support Hyper-Threading; the only exception being the A-stepping of the 845G chipset" Now can we assume the worse regarding the fact that our 4g4a+ boards indeed use the A-stepping of the 845G and hence not capable of supporting hyperthreading. Can Epox Tech clear this up please?

For Hyperthreading support, please use mainboard such as EP-4PEA+ EP-4GVM+ EP-4GEM2+ EP-4GEA+ EP-4GEA2+ Featurfing chipsets i845GE, i845GV and i845PE released by Intel today, October 7th 2002.

![]() I got just two questions for Epox: 1) Will the 4G4A+ ever support HT? 2) What is the latest revision of this board? And how is the latest revision different than the first revision? Thanks.
