Yes, it certainly looks like it will to me. I had one on my 8K3A+ and the arraingment of capacitors is similar. If you haven't bought one tho, look at the Thermalright SLK 800 ![]()

yupper i have one on my mother board and it works great. only problem is getting it on .. you have to bult it right the the mother board. its a pain ... to take it off you would have to remove the whole motherboard from the case. but all in all i dont get my temp above 37C under load. AMD 2200 @ 1.93. works great
