Not to worry about it. It's just that there were already 2 threads running with that BIOS being the subject matter.

i trust you, coming from epox, top brass hehehehehe.

anyway do you know when a new 8kha+ bios will be out that supports 2200+ B Revision Thoroughbred and 2400, 2600+, 2700 , 2800 and 333 FSB for CPU.

also when will epox decide that the KT266A 8kha+ has reached the end of its product cycle and wont release any more bios revisions?

also, i heard news the thermal diode over temp protection is setup in a way on the 8k5a2+ unlike the 8k3a+ ,where you cannot read the true thermal diode temps on the 8k5a2+ but youcan see it on the 8k3a+, over temp protection still works, but is there anyway to see it. I know many have complained about high temps so you have reported the cpu temp from onboard thermister, but is there any plan/way to get the onboard diode temp and will it be supported in future bios releases ?

1. EP-8KHA+ will not support 333MHz FSB processor.

2. Thermal diode is not physically measured on EP-8K5A2 series by a visible layer, as such BIOS upgrade will not alter this.
