This chipset is amazing. Overclocking features within the BIOS are amazing and do yield real dividends in 2D and 3D performance.

You tell the BIOS what AGP frequency you want, it gives it.

You tell the BIOS what percentage of FSB you want to run at and it runs asynch.

I can't stop playing with it.

I have never seen performance or memory tweaking like this ever before in my life. It is truly amazing.

3D Mark Scores are astronomical - I see new records being achieved with this chipset.

Two words sum this board up "Kick ass"

Everthing is ajustable, so its brilliant to tune and overclock with.
Vcore to 2.2 Vdimm to 2.9 Vagp to 1.8, async everything, all the memory timings....... the list goes on.

Just been testing the onboard audio which is very good indeed, ET who is much more of an audiphile than me says "Wow"

I've just had a pair of headphones on altering all of the settings within the NForce audio drivers (nothing needs doing with the ALC650) and I have had the hairs standing on the back of my neck.

More functionality than Liveware, lower latency through Hypertransport and Midi sound through Dolby that will make some bedroom Cubasers weep after paying extortionate amounts for PCI audio cards.

Not often am I excited about a mainboard, but every area of this board has pleased me in a way like never before.

Think about sound quality -

Plug headphones into an Audigy, plug them into this and experience what a mainboard can do that costs the same as a soundcard or thereabouts. It is truly a revelation in mainboard engineering.

Underneath the nice Aluminium NForce2 chassis is our uber-niceness EPoX mini ITX system which is running as server for part of the office right now too.
