How to burn in ram to run it at higher FSB?

I heard from some sites tat u run the ram at highest voltages(3.2v for my case) n run sisoft sandra 2003 for like 24hrs at current max FSB. But others say run it at default voltages for 2days at max FSB then overclock it for ??? days.

Which one is more correct or is there another better way using my board to achieve the fastest burn in with max results?

Type of ram n mobo as below. Thnx

My guess is that neither does much good.

Ya know some people do believe in burn in and some don't. I would just run PRIME95 (or some else that stresses the memory) over nite. Than after that is done crank up the overclocking and increase voltage if necessary.

actually i turned it up to 200 on the first dayni had it.

ran 203 * turbo , then turned it up from there

heres the order i went.

72 hours of p9f ( just cause i hadnt heard of memtest)

203 mem test86at work all day ( 9 hours)
p95 that night while i slept (7-8 hours)
213 3.1 volts ,mem test 86 another day at work (9 hours)

i say run memtest allday at max voltage at say 166or 170 fsb at least

i actually didint runit for burning in purposes just for a stability check actualy

i had good ram so i had nodoubt it would do 200 thats thyi started there.

all i can say a week ago i couldnt run 213 stable but after memtest i can.

I tend to run new stuff at stock speed for a bit to make sure its not bad (so I keep my warranty)

Once im sure its good then ill crank it ot the max.

I dont beleve in burn in, it used to work on Celeron's back in the day. But Ive not found any advantage on modern stuff.

I will give burn in a shot and let you know. I have hit a wall with my current processor. It will do 166FSB undervolted(1.70V), but doesn't get past 175FSB even if crank the Vcore and Vdimm(1.80V/2.8V)up. I know it's stable because it runs Prime95 for days without fail and my temps don't get high(never above 41C under 100% load using P95). I have run MemTest86 for a few hours to check my Corsair, but it passed just fine...
