No one knows yet. There has been no official reply from EPoX (don't expect one) and no one's tinkered enough with the board to know for sure. Personally, I think you will not be disappointed with this board...

P.S. Where are you ordering it from?

I guess it'll be in the USA soon enough then. I can't wait to get my hands on one.

All of you wondering about the PCI lock look at the facts: The AGP/PCI lock is a FUNCTION OF THE CHIPSET - nothing else. Why on earth would Epox NOT include this feature - one of the main features - it would be like not enabling the dual ddr. ET and Holst just aren't saying anything. Asus has it but Epox doesn't - that will be the day.

*NOTE* EDITED to remove a compairson with another Board Manufacturer

Does this board have Soundstorm?

Do any people here have the equipment / knowledge to check PCI frequencies?

Sorry for implying that I wish for a guinea pig, ). Only the dropping of 4 mounting holes and your confirmation on previously stated issues will swing myself and many others to this platform.

btw, I hope you are satisfied with your purchase and have the best of luck.

Sorry if I dont want to re-read 16 pages+, all I recall from that thread is that its stable at 200 (not unlike a multitude of other boards) and nothing about recognizing hi-lo bit.

But thanks for the help anyway bud. Lord knows how helpful other "individuals" here are.

Seems very strange, since it was on the NForce415D-based

Well, this thread (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...&threadid=5440) confirms AGP can be fixed and that the PCI speed is infact locked at 33.33333Mhz

What we all need to know is whether you can run at above 200FSB as rumour is you can't... and if that's the case then the heavy-overclockers aren't gonna be buying it...
