setup 8RDA+

hi all need a little help with me setup as im new to this sort of thing. first i was running 1 stick of samsung 2700 512 cl2 and my 3dmark score was a little over 11000 nouthing was oc'd all stock am now running 2 sticks of sammy 3200 cl3 and am looseing about 400 3dmarks somewhere hmm any idea's on wht wouled be my best timeings also can u run cl 3 at 2.5 and 2 ie is it safe to btw im useing aggressive settings in bios because i cant get optimal to run right i get little gremlins like lock up's when browsing online and some task bar corruption ie graphics go a little funny my timeings on aggresive are 5 3 3 3

setup is xp1900 8RDA+ 2 256 of sammy 3200 cl3 winxp gainwardti4200 maxtor 40gig hd volcano 7+ cooler
