Ok guys.. I need help... I am pulling my hair out

Today I received my 2 sticks of Corsair CMX256A-3500C2 256MB DDR433 PC3500 Memory w/Heat Spreader from GoogleGear

I have no idea what I do wrong but... I can't get my FSB more than 203mhz. I lowered the multiplier to x10, x9 or x8 (I have a 2400+) and I have set Vdmm to v2.9 and Vcore to 1.95v (up vcore to 2v) I still cannot get more than 203mhz. I have C1 showed on my p80 Debug LED with siren sounds. I tried just using one stick of RAM and try each stick on each ram slot. Same result, woudlnt even post.

Also, weird things happened if I tried to push the vcore more than 2.05v. PS/2 Key board will not work after that. I will have to disconnect the keyboard and ground it and then reset the cmos and wiggle the ps/2 port a bit then I can get it to work again.

Unfortunately, the best I can do now is 11x203mhz(stable) or 11.5x200mhz(unstable)

Any advice given will be appreciated.

*side note my 5v line is always above v4.92 when I set vcore to 2.00v

8RDA+ motherboard w/ 8rda2c05.bin bios

Memory timing 8x4x4x2.5 optimal setting

CPU Interface set to optimal, No Fan on the mobo CPU header

Don't know if it is possible on your mobo, but have you tried upping the VDimm by 0.1 volt? It is a minimal change but could make a big difference.
