How to get the microphone working on the 8RDA+
I am using creative inspire 5300's... I unplugged the plug in the microphone one and put my plug and play microphone in... Nothing, I unmuted it in the nvidia music thing, still nothing...

Do I have to unplug all speakers and just put the microphone in for it to work???

You have to run the "Speaker Setup Wizard" in the "nvidia music thing" again and set it to 2 or 4 speaker mode.

I did, no luck... I can hear it through the speakers, but the computer isn't picking anything up...

fixed it, just had to change input record to microphone... thanks mooky
