Arrow Bios Flashing Fun

I want to try out some newer bios...but I forgot what is needed in the bootdisk...I remember AUTOEXEC.BAT and COMMAND.COM plus the flash utility and the bios you want to use but forgot what else is needed.......can someone help me out here?

EDIT-- I'm using Windows XP

I just use my 98 startup disk, then insert the floppy with all my things I wanna do.

If your motherboard supports it, I suggest you may want to try winflash. This will work under any Windows version including WinXP.

yeah.... winflash.exe is in the magic bios folder (that came with the epox cd) it works. make sure you are not OC and close all the other apps including those running in the system tray.

I really like the Winflash utility. I had never used it before I got my 8RDA+ it worked like a charm for me, makes Bios flashing a breeze
