Overclock and CPU interface

I got an EpoX 8rda+. I have overclocked my palomino 2000+ to 2100+ (138.78 * 12.5 = 1734.69); as you can see I modified fsb from 133 to 138 with ram synchronous (DDR 266 overclocked).
My questions are:

1) my DDR ram is Kingston. I use timings 2-3-3-6, do you think that I can low them?

2) In the bios there is this option "CPU Interface" and I can set it to "Optimal" or "Agressive", what does it change from one to thae other? What should I use? It seems to me not useful because I already set to "Expert" the option "System performance".

Thanks

The CPU interface set to optimal will give you more system stability when running a high FSB . If you are just running optimzied defaults setting the cpu interface to aggressive will result in a very mild O/C Try lowering your multiplier and raising your FSB with mem sync and run some bench marks and see how much your performance increases
This is all depending on your ram and how high it will run.
If it's PC3200 you should be able to get up to 170 to 200 FSB
range DDR 333 to DDR 400

With cpu interface agressive e timings 2-2-2-5 it failed Prime 95. Now I set optimal to cpu interface a timings 2-3-3-6 and it seems stable.
Remember it's a 2000+ (133*12.5) overclocked to 2100+ (138 *12.5), ram is Kingstone PC2100 overclocked at synch with the bus. Default voltage.
What tests to see if it's stable?

Kingstons are lousy overclocking memory sticks... Odds are they can't handle fast timings... try upping the vmem (like 2.6-2.7v)a notch to see if they can run better.
