My Epox 8RDA+ killed 2 video cards..

My Radeon 9700 pro died and I RMAed it, I installed my PNY Geforce 4 Ti4600 and 2 days later it died(I knew about the Dimm slot issue and DID NOT F-up the card myself..the motherboard did..there is no other conclusion..the cards were fine in my other systems before and they tested DEAD after they were in the Epox.

ATI and PNY gave me RMA#'s without problem. Epox sent me to my vendor, who DOES NOT do exchanges or refunds(they are a pisshole in the snow operation live and learn)

I emailed Epox support and after I was told that Epox doesn't give RMAs for video card incompatiblities nor user errors, they finally said they "would look into it" when I sent in my name, addy, phone#, etc. and Receipt. They never replied back.

This has dragged on for a week now and I'm losing patience, I just want a number so I can send them the board to test themselves. Until this all happened the only thing I ever had to RMA was some PC100 Ram that was DOA.

I now will factor in Service with any future purchases.

No it's not due to any mod, if I roasted a mobo, modding it, I would toss it away and not waste time trying to get anything.
It's called taking your lumps.

This case is the board was the worst kind of faulty..it KILLED peripherals.
Anyways...Epox finally emailed me a RMA# so they have somewhat redeemed themselves.
