Somebody explaine this??Twinmos mem

Okey here it goes my cpu is stabel 1,9 prime,but when i did run 3dmark it would lock.My mem did run 2,82 volt but when i set it at 2,68 it is stabel all the way.Is it that my Twinmos with Twinmos chips dont like anything over 2,8 volt.
The weird thing is that this only happen when i run my Cpu on the edge and not under 1,9 Ghz.Even 10x190 it will lock at 2,82 volt mem but not at 2,68v.

I also have a stick of 512 Mb Twinmos Pc 3200, and on my MSI 745 Ultra it runs stable@ 2.6V, it doesn't like 2.8V also...When i get my 8RDA+ i'll see if this will change...
btw, can't you run higher fsb ( 200+ ) with that memory and on which timings?-
i just wanna know how high my stick can go

It runs fine 215Fsb at 4-2-2-2,5,cant say i see any diffrens on Cl 2 and 2,5.
