8RDA+ Upgrades
Through the urgings of many people who use this forum, I have decided to upgrade to Windows XP Pro. Along with the XP Pro, I've also decided to add a ATI 9700 Pro video card also. Specifically the Tyan Tachyon G9700 Pro, the card has been ordered as of today. What I would like to know is will I need to update my bios to use this card on my 8RDA+. I'm currently using the bios that came with the board when I bought it(11/12/02 I believe)?
As I have no experience in installing XP Pro, is there any thing specific or some tips that someone can supply me with that will help me get it right the first time. By the way, I plan on doing a full installation of XP Pro, not just upgrading from my current OS (Win 98 SE).

The 9700 should be fine. You do need to have SP1 installed to use the latest Nvidia Unified Drivers Ver. 2.0 though.
