Dual Althlon Board?

Any plans for a dual Athlon board?

Yeah, it's called the M845A!

I bet EPoX Tech tells us to "watch this space" so he can fill us in on the details as we are allowed to hear them. Seeing as how the board has sort of been announced on EPoX's US website by a Mr. Sam Kang, we should be able to hear the specs shortly. Just be patient fellas.

I'm interested in this one too!

My bad

Sam Kang said "server board" and I assumed it was an SMP SocketA board. Turns out the M845A is some yuck P4 server product I wouldn't touch with a ten foot poll.

Dual Athlon Board - M762A

Onboard Intel 82559 LAN
ATA100
4 x Registered DDR DIMM
3 x 32bit PCI
2 x 64bit PCI (66Mhz/33MHz/3.3v/5v changeable)
AGP 4x
No onboard audio !

It should be a nice planar for all of those interested in a power server or workstation board.

The gains to be had with SMP as you all know are selective of the operating system and application threeding used.

Thanks EPoX Tech. I would also be interested in the overclocking options. It seems that this is what will define the use of any dualy board in this crowd.

I find it ironic that a athlon board has an intel nic in it.
