Best cpu between XP2400+ and xp2600+

I have an 8R3DA+ motherboard and would like to know what you guys think is the best CPU between an AMD XP2400+ or an XP2600+ 333fsb for overclocking.

I also have 2 x sticks of 512 XMS pc2700 ddr ram

Any advice would be helpfull.

Thanks in advance

I would go for the 2400+ for two reasons 1. It's cheaper
2. You can overclock it to run at 2600+ speeds and beyond if you get a good stepping.

Thanks for your replies.

I'll have to look at the cheaper options like the XP2100+

It appears that 0250, 0301 and 0302 2100+'s aren't all that impressive in comparison to the prior 0248's and 0249's. So, don't go throwing out your 2400+'s yet.
