8RDA+ hangs on POST or in BIOS!!

I need all he help i can get..

After setting up my new machine I pushed the power button.
While posting it says fail overclocking or something lika that. The problem is that I havent even ever gotten in ti BIOS. Ones when I came so far the computer hangs in BIOS whithout me doing anything.

What can I do?

Specs
8RDA+
xp2400+, BIOS says xp1800+(100*15)
TNT2
2*twinmos 256
dvd
barracuda 5 120g
zalman 300W

RE-boot system or startup, tap INSERT key until it boots up, when you see IDE devices listed, hit DELETE key, go into bios, and load SAFE defaults, exit and save changes, let it reboot on its own and see if it is now ok?

tried it but no changes....

But...... threw out the TNT2 and put my ti4400 on the board.. Now it runs ok. Time to install windows..
