USB2.0 Driver

I'm new here.
I'd like to post a question does the WindowsXp Service Pack1 contain the USB2.0 driver needed for the EP-8rda+ motherboard.

Is there any other option that I can download. This service pack is 137MBs and I'm just using a 56k dial-up ISP.

2nd I can't seem to boot properly when I increase the CPU FSB to 169-170.
I've been using a Morgan1gz then 1.7thoroughbred & now a 1.8thoroughbred.

I recently sold my 1.7 thoroughbred & the buyer said he can push it with his ABIT AMD761 board to 1.8ghz real clock with ThermalTake Volcano7 air-cooling.

Now with my 1.8thoroughbred its not even stable @ 1.7ghz.
Tried to increase VCore but sill the same.
Been thinking to go with a Homemade Waterblock cooling.

By the way I only have a 256mb samsung333 memory.
