Will the 8rda+ support 400Mhz Fsb??Nvidia says support for 400 ddr fsb on the Nforce2.

If that were true, then I must get an RMA on my 8RDA board because it can't do 200fsb without a VDD mod.

This is just PR. Unless that means an effective 800MHz fsb, then the dual memory architecture will continue to be 99% useless.

I doubt that it wasnt a "spec" issue.

Their isn't a single brand of mobo out there using the nforce2 that hit's 200mhz fsb everytime.

Possibly it's an issue with the chips, but I don't think it's that either.

My guess it's nvidia screwing with us, soon they'll release a new chip with a different vdd spec to get 200mhz out of the chip, then everybody will have to buy new boards(or do the vdd mod) to use the new chips.

It supports 400mhz DDR RAM not FSB, you can run the memory asynchronoisly, thats what the stuff plastered all over the box is referring to.
