Does dimm 1 support DDR400?

I really mean *true* support that running the RAM at 200FSB, not just placing a DDR400 rated memory on the slot but running in lower speed. Considering the memory controller is only 64bit (for dimm 1), can it provide the requiring bandwidth that full utilizing DDR400?
