| APIC setting in BIOS After reading a thread about disabling APIC BIOS setting for ABIT NF7-S, i have i try to disable this setting in 8rda+ BIOS. After that i have notice stability improovement with high FSB settings. Before i was stable 201 FSB with 3DMark2003, games and other applications and now i am stable with 205 FSB and i'm going to try higher. But be careful before disable APIC in Bios you have to follow a specific process if you want Windows to boot properly. You must change in Device Manager the ACPI Uniprocessor Driver with Advanced Power and Configuration Interface (ACPI) PC Driver and after rebooting go to BIOS and disable APIC. _____________________________________ Current system Epox 8rda+ rev 1.1 bios 3129 vdd 1.85V, vcore 1.775V, vdimm 2.77V NB active cooling with thermaltake crystal orb, mofsets active cooling, SB active cooling XP 2700+ (12x205), slk800 with thermaltakes smartfunII 2x256 Corsair platinum XMS PC3500 5-2-2-2 Gigabyte Maya 9700Pro 2x40 GB Maxtor ata133 Windows XP SP1
