MBM5 Voltage readings accurate?

I just downloaded and installed MBM5 on my Epox 8RDA+ and am very worried by the voltage readings I see. My +3.3v is reading 2.82v, my +5v rail is showing 4.74v, and the +12v rail is showing 11.62v. The 12v is within spec, but the 5v is dangerously close to the -5% window, and I'm pretty sure the 3.3v is way off...
I have a decent PSU, Antec True 430watt, so I shouldn't really be having any sorts of problems at all.
on my previous motherboard, my voltages were all between 3 and 5% over spec, and all the sudden I seem to be in dangersous territory. Could MBM5 be configured improperly? Is it known to produce accurate voltage readings? Is there any other way of double checking these voltages other than using a multimeter (i don't have a multimeter)

thanks in advance for any help

The 3.3V reading you're seeing is actually the supply voltage for the DIMMs, rather than 3.3V.

EPoX boards do seem to read slightly on the low side. The best thing to do (as always!) is to use a multimeter to verify all voltages.

I noticed the 3.3v was shown at 2.5v on mine. I got out a multimeter and the 3.3v was right at 3.3v.

The 8RDA does not display the +3.3v voltage at all. In MBM, the +3.3v is really your RAM voltage,

OK then what does "Core 1" refer to, in this picture this is the only other sensor (shown as "QDI Winnex 2E") does this refer to CPU? The first reading "Core 0" seems to correspond to the AGP or VPU voltage?

Ok, thanks you guys for the clarification. So I shouldn't have to worry about my lower 5v and 12v readings?

Liquid3D: It seems to me that Core0 most likely corresponds to the VDD voltage, as i noticed that in the bios AGP voltage isn't shown, just like the +3.3v rail isn't shown. Since the VDDR is shown on the +3.3 monitor, it makes sense that the VDD could be improperly displayed on the Core0 monitor.

Liquid3D

Core0 is the VDD and core1 is the CPU

Thankyou! I had an inkling as raisng the VDD effected it on my last motherboard (8K9A) however the 8RDA is entrely it's own "mobo". Thank's.
