Ok here goes 220 should be about its limit the only way that you are going to get the FSB to 230 is to disable the CPU interface. This makes the performance less aggressive but should allow higher FSB speeds. Also talking of thermal paste take a look at this new stuff, costs only about a £5er http://www.arcticsilver.com/ceramique_compound.htm

Ceramique is great stuff its all I use anymore. My last buy was the 22 gram syringe. Don't leave home without it, LOL!
