Flash 8kha+ bios chip with 8rda bios?

I have a dead 8kha+, but I think the bios still works. Can I flash it with an 8rda bios and have it as a backup bios? Will this even work? Thanks for replies.

What chip does the 8KHA+ board use for it's BIOS? If the chip are identical, then you should be able to. If the chips have different part numbers then you can't.

You might have to peel the label off the BIOS on the 8KHA+ board to find the part number.

It appears to be some sort of Hynix chip, it looks different to the bios on my 8rda, so i'm guessing its a no go.

No clue what the part number is, but I'll read what it says:

hynix KOR
HY29F002TC-
90 0135A
