Boot problems w/8K5A3+

I just started having a weird problem with my box..When I'm overclocking my t-bred-b 1700 on a 8K5A3+ to 11x166 or even 12x166 with vcore ranging from 1.6 up to 1.9 and i've up the ram volt's too (it's all i have tried so far). Most of the time I can boot it fine (box is stable as could be when it's up) but there are a few times that when I reboot or power on the thing just shuts off during post and it makes a pretty loud noise. Then when it comes up it defaults back to 11x133 and it tells me that the CPU settings are wrong. this problem just started happening....I tried a different PS and still the same problem
