EP-8rda+ Can it do 250FSB?

Is it only achieved w/ Vdd mod?


Mine can do 215 w/ no mods @ all.
Can I do 225FSB w/ no mods?

I don't know how high you can go with no mods, I was able to hit 235 ( 232 dual ) with 1 of mine without mods..
kami has mem benches of his RDA doing 250 fsb/synch.... over 3900 int, I have seen 1 or 2 others that have done it also, but all of the higher benches( over 235- most over 225) needed mods.....

Not stable through 3dmark at 250.

You can get sandra to bench at 250 if you crank up the VDD and have top class ram, but you risk blowing it all up.

It sounds like the guy on 3dmark forums just corrupted his bios by trying to overclock too far.

I've never seen anyone run 250 stable on an epox board, but a few have come damn close. Oppainter has been doing 251 (250 but the board overclocks naturally) on his highly modded abit, but i'll bet that we will see better results from the new 3 series epox boards.
