8RDA+ and 3D Mark 2001 problem

I am running my system for about a month, can do 200 FSB out-of-a-box, but I have some problems above 185FSB.
At any FSB higher than 185, 3D Mark2001SE build 330 is reporting wrong CPU speeds. Thats why I am getting quite low scores and I would really need HELP to solve this thing up.
Every boot-up 3D Mark is reporting some other CPU SPEED, usually between 1800-2000Mhz, but I am running it at 2300Mhz.
So, my scores are about 1500 3D Marks lower than normal (with 8k3a+ board at 195FSB).
I tried two BIOS-es, tried reinstalling 3D Mark, tried reinstalling Detonator drivers, but same issue , please help.
What is going on at speeds higher than 185FSB?
Same goes for MBM 5.3.0.0, every re-boot and it shows my CPU SPEED differently.
PLEASE HELP!

if it were merely "missreporting" the speeds, there would be no performance loss. I think your prolly really running those speeds

Yes, but I want to know why is it missreporting?
What can I do?
I just want to get my scores back to normal.

It's probably a stability issue due to an excessive overclock. You'll find these boards run very stable all up until you run 3DMark or 3D intensive apps/ games. Try backing it down to 11x200 or 10.5x200 and see if 3DMark reports correctly. If it does then you need more vcore at 11.5x200 to pass properly.

No change when lowering muliplier.
Now, it shows me 1500Mhz when running at 2000mhz.
Any more ideas?

Sounds like it could be using random multipiers or defaulting to some other speed in window's . Try an earlier bios like 2C31, as there seem to be some weird problems with 3402 for some.
