8K5A2 and Vdimm...

Ok, I hav been using this mobo for some time now. After using it some time I have discovered one little problem: I CAN'T RAISE VDIMM EVEN WITH 0,1V! If I try to raise it I only get blank screen on boot. I have updated to newiest bios but still no help. Changed psu and got way better +5v reading but still no help. VIO is 3,23v but that shouldn't stop me from giving any voltage to memory. I'm running out of ideas so I welcome any tips.
Specs:
Epox 8K5A2
Tbred-B 1700+(15x133), 1.6v
FortronSource 350w
GF4 Ti4200
Twinmos 512mb DDR-333
