Perhaps this wonderful throwback to before The Planet of the Apes iteration of a Supreme Court, (the majority thereof of course) would have the class to retire to the antebellum South where they already live? What am I saying? "class" doesn't apply! When they look at a woman, what do they see? A slave? A barnyard creature?

Especially cute is that A-H Alito (I reject the title "Justice" he's nothing more than a Republican activist A-H) suggests the idea that the ruling limits such arguments to birth control. No way is that reality! This ruling licenses all companies (closely held or not) to use psuedo religious arguments to defeat whatever "rights" an employee might normally have (the employer reigns supreme.) I understood the Supreme Court was intended to be independent of politics, but it's entirely clear the current majority is Republican, both in policy and ruling -- Dubya did a good job (Repubs should be adoring him, not Reagan)! To be fair, I don't think Alito stands alone, I see Scalia and Roberts as no less culpable for the dissolution of the "Supreme Court"!

Even an honorary "Justice" in front of the Five's names is begging heaven for retribution. Alas, "righteous" retribution... never to be seen by me. Of course my own "righteousness" is suspect. Sigh.

It's fantastic to see you on the board, MasterAtArms! I hope life is treating you well in England's Garden! Went through there a few times to and from Folkestone, many years ago. Very verdant place.
If you need another AOA Case Badge, let me know, pretty certain that I know where they are.
