Mr Epox, some advice please

You remember my re-booting pc, which I thought was the Gainward? Well the GTS2 was running great (regular apps and email), so I bit the bullet again and ran the cpu 100%, this caused the pc to re-boot :-(

I'm going to try a get this board replaced under warranty (yea, and what fun I shall have trying to convince them of this problem). My question is are you guys interested in this board, you know, do you want it marked so that when it's returned to you, you can then look into this fault? Just offering in the interests of science etc

You can attach a label to it but you stand every chance that somebody will remove it before it passes into the department I run (wether it be the reseller, or their reseller). None of my staff would remove such a label so there is a glimmer of hope !!

Thx

Hey, I'll be sure and mark it "FAO hard-pressed-epox-tech-who -answers-many-dumb-questions", although I'm not sure it will reach the correct person ;-)

I wouldn't mark it quite that way - the distie will definatley rip the label off.

Mark it with "Please leave this label in tact for EPoX UK Technical Support who have asked me to do so - CPU-UK" or something of that ilk.
