Help me to overclock

I am running a 2500+ Barton and i have overclocked it to 2300mhz stable with about 1.875 vcore, my prob. is whenever i try to go any higher the computer just reboots, i am wondering if increasing the vdimm will have any effect on this overclock working, in short, when is a good time to start increasing the memory voltage, it should be noted that i have runned my memory at 240 fsb and it works quite fine, but that is using a multiplier of say 9, if i try 232 * 10 = 2320, i cannot boot, will increasing vdimm have any effect on this, or how should i go about trying to squeeze some more jucie, or is this just simply my limit, my temperature with this overclock is about 45 full load.

By the way, the stepping is one of the earlier ones, don't remember the extact one, but i purchased my peocessor couple weeks after they were released.
