Max safe voltage on Twinmos w/ Winbond BH-5?

Have a RDA3+ and I'm running 2x512 MB Twinmos w/ Winbond BH-5 in DC and now I'm wondering how high voltage is safe, 2,77V or 2,9V, I'm planning on running the fans in the case and on the CPU @ 5-7V when I'm done with the memory Burn-in, so that will reduce the airflow in the case.

So what will be safe? Of course I want as high FSB as possible but at the same time I want to be on the safe side.

It all depends on what you deem to be high FSB ?

My 256MB Twinmos/Winbonds needed 2.77v to run stable at 200FSB and 2.9v at 210 FSB and topped off at 215 FSB.

I then did Vdimm mod to run 220 FSB @3.2v, I know it will do more but my CPU is holding me back.

You ask what are safe voltages and the answer has to be the lower the better, and is related to what FSB you want....in my case I had to pump 2.9v for 215 Mhz, maybe this will be similar for you but then you have to weigh up whether this is a risk worth taking?

High voltages will shorten your rams life, but how much are you going to care in a few years! Your Twinmoss will be an antique by then.
