Question 8RGA+ with 3 temperature readings ??

The first 2 pictures below I took about 2 seconds after one another, the only real difference is the CPU Fan speed & what I doubt is the temperature of the CPU die.
The thing is as soon as the fan speed is reduced the reading will go high and when the fan speed is raised the reading is way below the room temperature....

The "CPU" temp (in the pic) is the little diode under the socket.

Can anyone explain what this temperature reading is ??
Its set at Winbond 1 in MBM 5.330.
It also shows this weird temperature rising and dropping in Sandra when I do a burn-in and turn the fan up and down as you can see below in the screenie where I turned the fan down and then up at the end and the temperature dropped...

I don't believe that it is connected to anything. The figures you're seeing would suggest that it's just picking up noise from other circuitry around.

Is the system running stably ?

Note that I have not run any software on the board I am testing at the moment - never do.
