Epox 8RDA3+ some Questions, drivers???

Hi,
I have a new Epox 8rda3+ Mobo,with HEC 300 power supply,
on Speedfan and Sisoftsandra I saw that instead of (-12V) I have only
(-7.18V).
When System is loading up you can see all the voltage readings
except the -12V. the computer is working fine (for now...)
So I replace the Power supply with a new HEC300
but it is still only (-7.18 V)
Is that OK? is my mobo defective?
what part of the computer is using (-12V)?
Epox Support told me to replace the mobo, but I will be without computer about 2 weeks, I don't know if it is realy so important, is it?
Where and how can I see which Nvidia (nF2) drivers are intalled in my computer, so I will know if I have to Download some new drivers?
I have the latest Bios , chacked by "Magic Bios"
OS XP pro
AMD 2200, 1MB Memory 2700
GF 3 MSI

If Epox support told you to get an RMA, do it. Two weeks is actually a pretty good turn around IMO. I know it seems like a long time, but it's better to go 2 weeks without now instead of worse later.
