Oh sorry, only the top-end Antec True Control 550W has adjustable voltages:

I used a Sparkle 400 to take my barton past 3gig.

I dont think there is any issue :P

As ET says a good QUALITY PSU is all you need.

I dont think ajustable rails is all that usefull to be honest, my 5v stays around 4.95-5.00 ~(multimeter) ive never tried changing it.

well, I returned the case I had bought 31 days ago (before I knew ANYTHING about hardware),and am looking at 120mm fan cases, probably antec slk3700AMB, which comes with an antec, and if I don't get an Antec case, then I'd probably go with Frotron PSU, or http://www.xoxide.com/420wachwa.html - a channel well. But I really like the slk-3700, and hope that it has enough juice in it's smart-power 350 to power (and overclock) my rig. Im pretty sure it does, as I have a barton, 1 7200 rpm hdd, and just one optical drive, and just 2x256 ram and a mx 440 se GPU.
