need tips 8rda3+

Well my new psu will be in tomorrow so than i can finally put together my system containing the 8rda3+ I game alot and i was wondering what are the most stable settings for that? I really dont know much about the advanced ram/cpu timings except cas. Ive never flashed a bios before...so will the bios that it comes with be ok?

What is the jclk jumper i always hear about and why should it be removed?

Also what should the fsb setting jumper be at? I plan on just ocing the fsb to 200mhz.

The parts that will be in this system are

forton 530w psu.
ATI radeon 9800 pro
2500 barton
1 stick of kingston pc3000 512mb (dont plan on using dual channel anytime soon)
1 harddrive, no raid. WD SE 120gig
USB mx500 mouse
ps/2 keyboard
Audigy2
Liteon 48x24x48x16 dvd/cdrw combo

Unfortunately there is no common formula. Each system is different in its responsiveness to what user wants to get from it So the best advice to you might be to search for and check out threads in this forum about 8rda3+, as well as reading the basics of overclocking in the great Spamzor's article at AOA FAQ section.

Before I bought my 8rda3+, I was an almost completely newbie to overclocking as well. So every knowledge I now own, was grabbed from a friendly help by other users and reading around the Net.
