Keep losing time on my 8rda3+ system..

I know it's a pretty general question and probably happens on all boards.. but was wondering.. I've set my clock like 4 or 5 times tonight but it always slows down.. like right now its 12:11 (midnight).. but my computer clock is showing 11:40pm.. =/ what could cause this.. The box isn't overclocked atm.. and the board is new so don't think a battery on the board could be dying.. what could be the problem?

I have the same issue with an Asus A7V8X. In theory, it shouldn't be the battery because windows is losing time while the computer is running. This is what I found...

One of the maybe cures...

Disable the following types of programs and utilities:

Possibly, but I don't run any AV software with that board.
